Victim of ***** by MTN

I have been de*****ed by MTN and a debit order went off my account even though i have never had an MTN contract, when i went to the Zewenwacht Branch they told me to bring an affidavit and a copy if my ID which i did and they submitted it to their ***** team, i have emailed them countless times and they keep asking for the same thing that i submitted or they'll ask me for an ID number.

My ICT score is being affected by this and they refuse to get back to me
