Vety poor service from MTN

My new phone was less than a week old when it would not unlock. I took it back to my local branch. Nobody could unlock phone. A technician was called in. It was then decided that it was a factory fault and would be replaced. That was on 23 Nov. 2023. Now Feb 2024 i am still without a phone. Many empty promises but no phone. Customer care also unhelpful.
