VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

<p>I went to the MTN store on Sunday the 7th and after an hour the guy told me that he still didn't have a awnser for me on my claim..he couldn't just tell me that before..I went back on the 11th and he said I must stop waisting time coming there all the time and that he will phone me..I then asked him to phone the insurance while I'm in the store and he told me that I can wait until he is done...I was the only one in the store..someone else then called the manager and she actaully helped me...i do get that insurance claims can take a while , but to treat people and worst of all a customer like **** is not on...there is two MTN stores in the mall and this is the franchise one...Cape Gate Centre next to Vodacom</p>
