Very Very Very Bad service

i have terrible service with mtn brentwood park they down grade my mothers contract and they almost charge her 7 times what she have to pay. The staff are very rude to my mother when im not there with her to sort it out. If this problem are not sorted out by end of this week i will take it futher and i will then ask again for recording that they did say they will get in two weaks time and its already 3 months later. I will never have this problem with vodacom
