Very very poor services and dont worry about their customers

Good day..i cancelmy contract about 3 -4 monts ago and my number was supposed to go in prepaid but it got disconnected instead..i request to get my number back but have been struggling every time and its a different storry everytime and im being switch between consultants without progress..on 16 November 2021 i spoke to someone in head office after a big fight to get my number back...the lady took all my details and said she'll get back to me as soon as possible toe sort out the mess..almost a month later and no call yet ..i phone mtn customer care again just toe hear that nothing has change..im so fed up with mtn ...i always thought mtn was the best network ever but this really is unacceptable
