VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

I app**** for a contract on 30-06-2019 for a Lenovo Notebook at the MTN branch at Carnival Mall, Brakpan. The consultant that helped me Thabang advised that they were awaiting approval and for the delivery of the notebook from another branch which had it in stock. On 02-07-2019 I received a message saying that my application was approved and that the branch will be in contact. No one called me. On 03-07-2019 and 04-07-2019 I spoke to Thabang via Whatsapp where he advised they were waiting for credit. Later the day on 03-07-2019 Thabang phoned me and advised that the notebook had arrived but that they were still awaiting credit. On 04-07-2019 at around 15:00 I phoned the branch directly where a female consultant answered the phone. Innitially she told me that they were still waiting for stock. When I told her that i was told that the stock was at the branch she changed her story saying that they were waiting for credit. She also promised to phone me back shortly on the same day. Till now I have not received a call. This is very unproffesional of MTN and their staff. I want the matter resolved ASAP. I don't understand why they are waiting for credit, but this is not my problem. It's unfair to expect a client to wait almost a week knowing that the stock arrived that the client is waiting for.
