Very very poor service

A renewed a contract due for an upgrade and boom I'm charged and amount which no one fails to explain what it's for. They told me they will look in to it and u till today no one came back to me and explain. Mtn sucks I tell they will make u move from top to bottom and u will never get help. No one knows what's going on but they paid some how to do nothing.
