Nonhlanhla Zwane rep**** with a new outstanding balance of R854.71 and told me about the missing payments.

According to her information the last payment was on 16 January 2015 an amount of R700 and then shows the recent payment of R424 made on the 21 February 2017 and resulted to the outstanding amount of R854.71

According to the print out from my bank the last payment I made to MTN was on January 2016. When I combined all the payments that are not reflecting on MTN records they equals to an amount of R2165.23 and then I minus the new outstanding amount of R854.71 then I get an amount of R1311.48 that is an over-payment that must be paid back to me.

I therefore request MTN to refund me an amount of R1311.48 that was over paid to my MTN account.

Proof of payment is available when needed.

Regards,

VM Mayekiso

Seriously MTN is BAD news.

Today I received an email saying," my previous contract number belong to another client", whereas I used the number until it was deactivated from MTN and even now it is still not active.

When and how did it belong to another client?

It is possible that all this time I was paying someone else's bill.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Regards.
