VERY VERY BAD SERVICE WITH ENDLESS LIES Mtn -from online right through to PARYS STORE and all departments in-between

If possible I would've rated -5!!!really so discussed with every possible department of mtn!!3 weeks ago i did a online application for home internet ,had a untrained and rude consultant assisting me with almost none of the important information provided to me ,that led to not receiving delivery OR ANY COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER!So ive contacted our Branch in PARYS -FREESTATE , desperate for help...Lady suggested i cancel my online order and she'll start the application FROM SCRATCH (AFTER I'VE NOW WAISTED 12 DAYS ALREADY),I did explain that i need this WiFi asap ,she assured me that it will be 100% and working in 2 days (only need to wait for her stock to be delivered), went to fetch it yesterday, couldn't get it due to extra costs that she never discussed, went back today, waited Infront of closed doors till 09h45 with her sitting right infront of the closer shop in the parking , when asked why they are not opening the shop ,she had such a bad attitude,didnt even apologize ,rather **** and said shes waiting for keys but then after long wait she got out the car WITH THE SHOP KEYS AND OPENED HERSELF!!!paid the full amount (again with trouble), I'VE asked her,3 times will the router work immediately,she assured me it will, just to get home and it's not, called her, again got attitude, promised it will work in 2hours time,after 4 hours later phoned again,she got so rude with me telling me she told me she'll call me back...well needless to say STILL NOT WORKING AND STILL NOT EVEN I CALL BACK!!!

I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY ANGRY!!!

i need this wifi to be working very urgently!rest assured i will not stop here!! I'll go every possible route to stop people from making the same mistake as i did cause i really didn't experience such bad service ever in my life!

If i struggle like this just to become a new client of mtn how on earth will it go in the future??
