Very Very Bad Service. Never Take a contract with MTN they are worse

I am struggling to cancel MTN contract, i am posting for the 3rd or 4th time now, i cant get hold of MTN people or cancellation department, i keep calling for hours then after, they say they transferring me then the call drops.

i have a prepaid contract that i asked to be cancelled in dec 2020 stil now its growing arears and its a prepaid, i have a cancellation reference but still. and they update ITC on a monthly bases but cant take my calls.
