VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ver very poor services from the MTN branch in Upington , Nothen Cape. About 1 year ago i was done my upgrade and with the phone must come a wireless charger. The guy how help me told me that he will order one for me and all. A month after the upgrade i follow up about it and still the same storie. 3 month's after the firts month i went to the branch and the same guy told me that he got the charger but can not book it out becouse the guys working on the system. 1 year later I still waiting for him to call me and still waiting for the charge from MTN. I feel to leave MTN and told the hole world about MTN poor services.
