Very very bad customer service

I have paid up my mtn contract confirmed many calls I keep getting told 72hrs 24 hrs and I keep receiving sms saying I owe money this is becoming annoying because I have to keep calling I spoke to over 5 agents and sometimes they just cut the call I don't advise anyone to go with this ***** of a company
