VERY UPSET WITH TREATMENT FROM SHOP MANAGER

Good Day, I have always supported my local shops but after today I will never do that again. I have been a MTN customer for more that 10 years. Two years ago I ordered a upgrade phone for MTN Heidelberg - I still have not received the call to come and collect. This year I decided to give them another chance. I ordered the phone on the 26th of June 2018 in the shop. Today I phoned to confirm that I can collect the phone on the 4th of July 2018. Just to be told they don't have it and they don't know when they can get it. When I got upset and told the gent I was talking to that I am very unhappy he put the phone down in my ear. I phoned back to speak to the manager just to be told that he is in fact the manager. He got aggressive with me and raised his voice to me. I cannot believe the treatment I got. If this is they way MTN treats their long standing customers maybe I need a another provider. VERY VERY UNHAPPY!!!
