Very upset Samsung Note 9 client

Good day

So this is my second review regarding MTN who promised me a welcome pack. After my first review I received calls regarding what will be done going forward but MTN still haven't kept their end of it deal. So I will not explain the whole process again.

However in a nutshell after my first review which was on the 1st of April MTN contacted me saying I will receive my welcome pack which should come with the Samsung Note 9. Its been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for MTN to deliver what they have promised. Hence I am really upset with this bad service.
