VERY UPSET CUSTOMER WHO WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH MTN AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERY PERSON I KNOW KNOWS ABOUT THIS

mtn retention department committed ***** with my details , they upgraded my contract without my knowledge , i received an sms saying my upgrade was successful, i called mtn immediately , i spoke to Itumeleng , he promised me that they have stopped my contract , i received another sms on Wednesday i phoned mtn again they told me not to worry they have send DSV to stop the delivering process , i received a call from DSV today i phoned MTN again i was told there is nothing they can do i have to go to police station , i was also advised that i was supposed to call same day. so i feel they are group of syndicates at mtn who work together . they committed ***** i phoned they **** to me . i am not going to any police station please sort out your mess . i am very upset
