very upset cannnot get through to mtn call centre and have a query on my account

<p>i am very very upset with mtn and their service, i have a query on my account for over a month now and have been trying to contact the mtn call centre for a month, spending numerous amount of airtime and each time i call, before i can get through to someone my call keeps getting cut...</p> <p>This is ridiculous as i have been tring to call in for a month to get someone to resolve my query on my account...</p>
