very upset by complete lack of any assistance

In January 2021 I noticed that I have charged with content charges for LIFESTYLE TV as well as TRAVEL TIPS which seems to have been going on for months and months at an average of R135.00 per month. I have followed all the nrs given to me to cancel these charges, I get the message that I have no content services, yet these are still being deducted. I have been into Mtn Morningside each month that I get my bill and see I am still being charge, I have been back to Morningside same complaint now since Jan and to day I received my account and again it is still being charge -how in goodness name can I get this cancelled and get all these ******* charges reversed and paid back to me. Nobody at morningside has yet been able to stop this - it is so unfair in these difficult financial times to be ********** like this - please can somebody stop this madness. Lynne McCallum
