Very Unprofessional - Clueless and no customer service at all.

We have been pushed from Pillar to post in claiming for my Moms lost cellphone. The store, don’t have the contract summary, MTN don’t have it, and the MYN insurance don’t have it either. Hi server they have been debiting premiums monthly with no issues. These 3 institutions are clearly not in sync. We call, we go to the store and no feedback and they all just don’t have anything or know anything. The Manager at MTN insurance refused to speak to us her/his name is Boitumelo we speak to a new agent everyday who knows nothing about the claim. MTN has really bad service. My Mom is 70 years old.
