Very Unprofessional And ***********

Your branch in Pavilion Mall, Durban is so useless and unprofessional.What a shame. My rooter went for repairs around 16 January and then I received an SMS early February that my rooter was back fromn repairs and I should collect from the store .I went last week ,they told me it must've been a wrong SMS and rooter was not there.like what do you mean wrong SMS? Anyways fast forward to this week and I went again yesterday. They said it's not at the store I booked it at and I should go check for it at their second branch at the same mall. They said it's not with them and how could they send a customer from another branch to come enquire instead of doing it themselves. Today I called again and repairs said it's at the store and it was delivered there at store 170. It's been 2 months without internet connection .very bad service . Very disappointed. Waste of time and petrol. Very unprofessional staff members
