Very unprofessional

Have a month to month which was increased by R80 and I was not aware, woke up to no service called the customer service, I have paid R695 and now im told that I can not get service money month of March, I then requested refund and they said I must wait for 26 days to get refund . Very unprofessional, I am canceling them with or without refund canceling not be working with tsotsis
