Very unhappy with this MTN

Jooooo !! I am so furious with this company. MTN in May handed my account to ****mers!! (Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates). I have the proof in the form of messages and emails i have been getting from MTN and SSDA, if it was possible i would attach them here. The total amount that was left for me to pay when they handed my account was R 2254. MTN was sending me messages threatening me to pay otherwise I will face legal charges. The ****mers started calling me and I made payment arrangements with them as they were claiming to be sent by MTN. I waited for their account details as they were delaying and I paid 50% of the money at the MTN branch at the Mall of Africa. ****mers (SSDA) started calling me non-stop to pay to them not at MTN and I paid the remaining amount to them. Jesuuu!!! even today the money is not paid to MTN and MTN keeps on sending me emails that I have to pay that amount to them, so now it means I have to pay twice the amount to MTN. MTN keeps on charging me every month for the fact that my account is still active and my contract on their side it ends in September, I just keep on paying even though I am done paying MTN. I contacted the ****mers multiple times and they just told me they paid the money to MTN, and MTN told me to send them proof of payment from SSDA, as the money is not reflecting on their side, I did. The proof of payment shows that I am done paying I do not owe MTN anything, but I am still paying even today. I contacted MTN customer care they never solved my problem they keep on putting me through the different agents telling me that my account is with legal department. I sent the emails with the SSDA statement to *** multiple times and customer service I just received automated responses they never assisted me and they keep on charging me. What MTN is doing to me isn't fair I am not getting money from the tree!!!. Instead of MTN to communicate with SSDA about my account they keep on sending me emails and they are the ones that handed my account to SSDA now its all my responsibility to see that SSDA pays the money to MTN. The money I paid to MTN even when I am done paying the actual amount of contract is R 792!! just for the fact that my account is still active!! and they didn't receive the remaining amount from SSDA!!!. This is very painful 💔 and a lesson to never take anything on credit from MTN! I regret because it seems like I am going to pay MTN until I die!!
