Very Unhappy with the Lies of MTN consultants

Mtn is full of excuse and *****ing people. They can't even solve a problem if they messed up. To date no one has ever contacted me or solve my query that was logged on in October. This is so unfair. How can u ly to people just to get a deal and after the deal is done, you don't care about the customer. Won't recommend anyone to take out a contract with MTN, rather go to cell c, telkom or any other cellphone store
