Very unhappy with service

My iphone 8 plus white in color was ******. I have insurance on the phone they delivered my iphone this morning but in a black colour. I then contacted the Mtn Pinnacle insurance this morning stating that I do not want a black iphone 8 as my ****** one was white. The lady told me that I should just take what I received as stated in the policy. I am very unhappy because they stole a white iphone and not a black one. IN THERE POLICY IT STATES THAT THEY MTN PINNACLE AGREE TO REPLACE THE MOBLE DEVICE WITH THE SAME MAKE AND MODEL UNLESS THE MODEL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. THE INSURER WILL REPLACE THE DEVICE OF THE SAME VALUE AND SIMI**** FUNCTIONS AS THE ORIGINAL MOBILE DEVICE AT THE TIME OF LOST.

come on Mtn don't tell me you cannot find me a white Iphone 8 plus in white????
