Very Unhappy with how MTN handles contracts

I am so unhappy about MTN, I had made settlement of 8120 5months ago, they have been pulling a certain amount in my account still, only now when I am applying for a car application I got to find out they saying I am owing them and blocked me, I have been trying to call them yet I still cant get any assistance
