Very unhappy new client

im a first time mtn user and my experience was very pleasant to a point. Finding the deal i wanted was easy then came payment time this was now on sunday the 7th of july 2024 i made my paymet of 1 month pro rata for this month and 1 month in advance i had no problem with that as soon as my payment was made i got a email that payment was received and that i will get a follow up email when my parcel was collected by the courier and Tuesday i received my email parcel was handed over to the courier all good so far im very happy with the service now here is where the **** hits the fan i get a call on Wednesday from dsv I'm supper excited as they are confirming my delivery address ( bare in mind now on the sight it says 1 - 3 days delivery) the gently man from dsv tells me that they only deliver to Hartbee****rt dam Monday to Friday from 8 am to 11 am and goes on to check when I'm scheduled for delivery to my absolute disgust he tells me the first available delivery date is the 23rd of July so from ordering and paying it take 16 days to deliver my router what in ****s name did i pay for this month over 600 rand for the flies or what how in the hell do u justify that if there is such a backlog on deliveries how about not servicing hartbee****rt more than 3 hours every day monday to friday i need internet to do my work now im sitting on mobile data because i need to wait 16 days for a delivery if i knew that i was going to have to wait 16 days for a router to be delivered i would not have taken the contract out no one would why advertise 1 - 3 days delivery even rain delivers within a week I'm not very happy at the moment as I'm paying money for nothing and i feel anyone would feel the same I'm egger to see if i get any replay what so ever on this
