Very unhappy loyal customer

I was so excited that it could upgrade to the new Note 9 and rushed to get my upgrade with the "Promo pack" (cordless charger,tripod amd HDMI cable). Only after the upgrade was completed , did the sales person inform me that they did not have any of the promo packs left and told me that he was not sure if they would be getting more, I saw a MTN TV ad lastnight, advertising the same deal!! So I feel that MTN sould honour this a supply me this promo pack.
