Very unhappy customer

Good day On the 27 November 2023 I went to mtn kokstad to upgrade my wifi and i was assisted by a consultant named Tamryn. With assistance from Lungi, they offered me an employee package of 1TB for R 499 or 600 GB for R 399 with free disney for 12 months and a R 250 takealot voucher, which when my details were loaded for the vouchers i saw a R 1 000 macro voucher and the takealot voucher. I told them i will make a choice and get back to them the next day, which i did but was told i don't qualify for that package of R 499 for a 1TB because its on a business deal, i was very unhappy about that but i agreed to take the lesser deal, knowing i will receive the other perks. Today is the 5th December and i received a message saying i don't qualify for the 12 months disney subscription and they got no control over the voucher that will be issued by takealot and i am furious because this is not the first time im having a problem with MTN, being a very loyal customer for years. So far i was promised so much but received nothing 😔. It will really help if consultants knew the products that they are offering customers.
