Very unhappy customer

I wish I could rate mtn online 0 stars because their agents are very ********* and ****s, some are even very rude they drop the call or place you hold without telling you and never get back to you. They so quick to take peoples money too but can't deliver service as fast they want to take your money. I'm disappointed with you guys I've had this type of experience mtn before. Another thing I keep getting otps on my phone without even knowing what's going on. I can't even get an upgrade because of this **** that is happening
