Very unhappy customer

Received a call from MTN offering me for home Wi-Fi the router was send and installed.when I went to MTN carltonville I discovered that 3cellphone contracts were open in my name for airtime one of these numbers was my cellphone number the other two I do not know,I was advised by sales agent to report matter to their ***** department which I did to this day I have not received any feedback.now this has affected my credit availability with my bank as I can not apply for credit due to MTN listing me. I am very frustrated as I need the funds for an emergency
