very unhappy client

I have taken out a route through mondo, but MTN is the services provider. This organization has given me all the run around. My router got broken no one assisted kept billing me for data i never used. Refused to help and kept blaming mtn, and mtn kept blaming them. /they quick to provide service but cannot assist with any queries. its ******* and MTN a reputable company can hide behind such companies to make money out of clients that get thrown into the deep end
