Very unhappy client

I have a data contact that came to an end in June 2022 I sent an email to say that I want to cancel it but received no feed back on my email I then called mtn call center on numerous occasions and just hear the hold music and I never even spoke to a consultant this is very pathetic I just want to cansel the contract that's it my contract number is *** I hope that i will be contacted my contact number is ***
