Very unhappy and Fustrated

I have a complain with MTN at Jabulani Mall I took a contract laptop in March 2022; upon receiving the Laptop it was not working. I sent it back to the shop the following day.they said they are taking it back for fixing till today 11 August 2022 i did not receive any feedback or the replacement laptop. They are taking me from pillar to post, no one is taking accountability. The frustrating part is every month they are debiting my hard earned money for the laptop that they took for repairs. It seems they only care about their customer's when it's a sale transaction, they dont care about after sale service
