Very unhappy

I've never come across sure unprofessionalism, I app**** for a R249 wifi router online got a message back saying someone will call me to confirm everything, of which Monday the 29/05/3022 I got a call from a guy called Kayil who was from MTN to confirm my application. Every was confirmed and he said he'll send me a payment link to finalize the application, I then paid R273.09 which was for a month to month contract, I got a message back saying every was successful my wifi router will be delivered within 5 working days. I called the courier company on Friday to check how far is my router and to my surprise was told my order was cancelled by MTN Direct. I asked why and was told they don't know I should call them, I did exactly that and was told they don't know either I should call MTN online and I was told they don't know either why was my application cancelled because they only do the application and MTN Direct is the one that places the orders.

I asked to be refunded since no one is willing to help and take responsibility, however I was taken from pillar to post and till today one has sent me an email or even bothered to call even after I asked to speak to Kayil the agent who helped me so I think this ***** and I demand my money back.
