Very unfriendly phone call from Mtn Upgrades

I have recently had a look on my Mtn app for upgrade deal(not that i will only be upgrading Feb 2025.)

Someone from Mtn Upgrade phoned me regarding the upgrade at wich i told them i dont want to upgrade now , i will only upgrade Feb 2025. And that i was only browsing the website to see the available deals. My issue came with the response of the persone that phoned me. He responded:(If i dont want to upgrade i shouldn't be looking at deals online at the website. ). Before i could get a name of the person he slammed the phone in my ear. To me this sort of behavior is unacceptable from Mtn staff members. Very unhappy about this. I am considering to cancel my contract with Mtn Feb 2025 and move to a different provider.
