very terrible and poor service on contract cancellations and keeps deducting 4 years after contract expired ..

very terrible customer service in regards to contract cancellations and no responses from accounts or collections department. After paying my contract fully they kept on billing & handed over my account ..I paid fully to VERICRED ... and i tried t get the contract cancelled they said vericred didnt submit the money .Vericredsend me a remmitance advice sowing money went to mtn and on mtn side noone knew how to assist to cancel the contract . That was 2023... Now all of a sudden they are trying debit 1300 from my account saying I owe them. This is pathetic very terrible service and i wouldnt advice anyone to use this company worst service of my life and clueless staff members who dnt know how their systems work u get send from pillar to post every single time
