Very rude ND unprofessional MTN

I'm very disappointed by MTN , it's a big company but very rude ND very unprofessional, today I didn't do the sim swap because of the rudiness of MTN very ****** company I have ever seen in 39 years ago, ND I was using MTN because I trusted the company so I'm asking my self where can I get my cell number back if they can't do it who can do it , I even called the head office of MTN but be manager of promenade MTN branch was more power full than the head office of MTN ,she even called security to take me out instead of doing the sim swap for me
