Very rude and defensive

Dear sir - I was at MTN Nicholway branch to do a sim swap. A woman by the name of Nokuphiwe Khumalo assisted me. When I got home I called the MTN call centre and enquired about whether ther was a sim swap request done, they said no. I called the sore that same woman was extremely rude to me and aggresssive and defensive. I wont recommedn that store or Randburg Square to anyone. Mr A Pillay ***
