Very rare in SA but awesome service from MTN

So yesterday i phone customer care to inquire how do i go about an early upgrade as my phone is no more. (dont ask how) i get through to Ramona Hughes and she is the friendliest call center agent that i have ever met. i tel her my very sad story and she tells me to please hold for a moment. she comes back to me after a minute or so and says your early upgrade has just been approved. so for the first time in forever we both make jokes and i can't believe that i just got such good service. <br> <br> after that conversation i phone MTN westgate shop A, the Maneger (name escapes me, sorry) helps me so swiftly it felt unreal. the system was offline @5 o'clock when i picked up my phone so they could not do my sim swop and PIMANI MANGANYI said he will do it the following day and call me back.<br> <br> i did not even have to follow up, he phoned me at 8:24 this morning and said that during the day my sim swop will take place and low and behold it did. <br> <br> i know it sounds like i am mumbling but i am actually speechless, all i can say is WOW WELL DONE AND THANK YOU.
