Very Poor system MTN South Africa

I am very disappointed at MTN. My husband was ****** at gun point and when I went in store around 18:30 was told the system automatically shutdown at 5 or 6 thus couldn’t do a sim swap.

This was a matter of urgency as we needed details on the phone as he is in ICU..

My question is why should a shop close late like at 7pm but the system for Sim Swaps shuts down before The store closes? Really doesn’t make sense , should we lose a life while MTN cannot help? Store is open but system Automatically shuts down before store closes?

This is disheartening and very poor service from MTN. I did another Sim swap at 18:50 at Telkom and it was immediate, no 2 - 24 hour waiting period..

MTN is just a disappointment..
