Very poor servive and highly unsatisfied customer
I have problems with my account and debit order that is much higher than any other month. i have contacted customer service numerous times but they have still not given any feedback or reasons. my call goes on hold and then the operater just hangs the fone up. this is ridiculous service with no results.

14 Jul 2020, 01:38I have seen the invoices but nobody can explain what the self service purchase is. i have a spending limit on my contract wich does not allow me to go over R300.
