Very poor service from MTN ZA

I have been trying to cancel my MTN contract that I don’t even use for months now. I paid outstanding amount and was told my account was terminated for some reason I keep getting charged every month for a contract I thought had been cancelled. When I call into the call centre I keep getting sent from department to department and no one seems to know what is going on with my account.
