Very poor service from MTN & no communication

I am Tongaat Huletts Starch employee. I ordered my WiFi modem on the 17th July 2020. Its over a month, I still have not recevied my WiFi as they claimed they will delivery at Germiston Mill to Neo. What is the hold-up & why poor service from MTN?
