Very Poor Service from MTN - 8 consultants who couldnt assist me!! Still stuck with no answers

A sales agent sold me a phone, I got confirmation sms of debit order mandates and approval etc. The nighmare happened today when i called 083135 to follow up on my order, only to be told the phone was never approved, only a sim only that was approved. i spoke to 8, yes 8 different consultants from Retention, to cancellations, repairs, direct others I don't even remember. all departments gave me different answers. about 2 consultants hang up on me. not even 1 phone call from MTN to assist a frustrated customer. I am still stuck unanswered. But a debit order will definitely go through because they don't care about what i bought, as long as they make a sale!!!
