Very poor service from MTN

My MTN number is ********** . Ever since I ported in from Telkom in March 2018, I have not been able to make OUTGOING calls. I have called the MTN service centre numerous times but none of the consultants I speak to seem to know what the problem really is. I was advised to send an escalation to ********** but to date I haven't recieved any response.

The incoming calls are fine.
