Very poor service delivery from mtn

I received a call from mtn on monday that guy made promises again told me that the upgrae will be cancelled in 48 hours and today i will be able to upgrade in rustenburg mall. My mother is waiting there now to upgrade but she cant because yet again mtn did not so there work and cant keep there promises. Upgrade nr ********** 912. I think mtn only make tese promises to keep my mouth shut....but i will not and i will go on and go and see a laywer as my mom is still paying for somthing she did not reveive and mtn will pay her back for all the phone calls time and effert mtn is costing her....she is a pensioner dont you have any shame...mtn!!!!
