Very poor service delivery from mtn

Upgrade nr: ********** 912!!!! Still not sorted out still waiting for mtn to do there work and cancel upgrade. Batteling since 17 July i am paying a upgrade contract but never received a phone upgrade was cancelled on 30 aug by call centre received a ref nr but still not cancelled on system so i am paying something i dont have!!!!! Its time for a lawyer i thin****!
