Very poor service delivery from mtn

Another montyh goes buy still nothing done to the upgrade i ve done no phone delivered they still did nt cancel the upgrae so that i can do a new upgrade but i am paying for that contract but dont have the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Message to mtn today: Good day, can you please follow up on cell nr: ********** 912 upgrade cancellation done by Lebo at mtn rstenburg mall cant reach you by phone...call ended before even start ringing. Upgrade done on 17 July first cancellation done by call centre on 30 Aug and them 19 Sept by Lebo at mtn rustenburg mall.....still not cancelled my upgrade done on 17 July....paying for a phone I dont even received.....very disappointed!!

This is *****!!!! Deducting money if you know i did not receive my phone!!!!! And reported it you did rep**** on hello peter and on facebook on my complaints so the proof is there!!!what has SA come to????? And nobody is doing anything!!!!!!
