Very poor service delivery from mtn

What the hell is going on upgraded on 17 July phone not delivered, cancelled upgrade on 30 Aug ref ********** 69..... Still not cancelled i have just confirm today with mtn call centre. You promised on hello peter to handle this its been more than 2 months no phone and camt upgrade....what the hell!!!!! What do you get paid for if you dont do your jobs???!!! Mtn this is unexceptable!!!!!!
