Very poor service delivery from mtn

Contract cell nr: ********** 912. I am very very mad today I have been contacted by mtn for a upgrade on 17 July 2017 and still have not received my phone. I am on a farm with very poor signal and the lady who did the upgrade told me its not a problem if they dont reach me by calling me they will send sms or whatsapp for delivery witch I never received. According to the courier services they send mtn an e mail tp give them more contact detail and mtn never rep**** and then they told me that they have tried to deliver but I never even got a missed call??? Today I have spoken to another new courier service as mtn started with ram then rtt now its another new courier and the whole mnt call centre bur nobody is able to give me and answer. I have been trasfered to 9 agents please do check the recordings as mtn states that they do record conversations for quality perpises so please do ge the recordings because agents are sitting there doing noting but putting you threw to someone else until you get cut off. And getting paid to do that but not doing their jobs......I have asked to speak to a supervisor then i was cut off again. I am not going to leave this.....someone must do something about this!!!! I hope headoffice or somebody who still believes in customer service do something about this.
