Very poor service at MTN Cascades

Very Poor service at the MTN Cascades (Pietermaritzburg). I took a contract for a router in April 2021, a few weeks later it stopped working, I returned the router to the MTN branch. They notified me that they’d book it in, this process would take 4 weeks to resolve. Although this was hard to swallow I accepted it.

It’s been 8 weeks, iv been paying for this service. Every time I call or go to MTN they say someone will call me back. With very little care for customer concerns. MTN, is this ethically just? Should I be paying for this service? Why am I not getting assistance? So disappointing, iv still not received assistance till today!!!!
